Doing ca fully free of cost is not possible. You have to incurr expenses of registration at ICAI, say for foundation registration,then ipcc registration and than for finals including exam fees which would in total come to around 35000(aprox).

You need to pass level 2 and should have completed two and half years of articleship to be eligible for this course. You need to clear the CA final exam after the course and articleship to become a CA. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) regulates chartered accountants in India.
The minimum duration to pursue CA after graduation is 3 years as you can directly take IPCC exams after 9 months from registering yourself after which you also need to complete 2.5-3 Years of Articleship to become a Chartered Accountant.

The total fees for chartered accountancy are approximately INR 1,90,000. They include the approximate cost of tuition, registration fees, and reference books. However, if you calculate the stipend you will receive during the three years of articleship, you can estimate it as INR 1,75,000.
