An email name (also known as a sender name) is the name that's displayed when you send an email. Your email username, however, is your email address. For example, in the image below, the email name is “John” and the username is “email@example.com”.
Check the email account to which you sent the message. You should see a new email from an address beginning with your 10-digit cell phone number. Open this message and read the line that tells you the address from which the email came. This is your cell phone's email address.

Head to the Gmail sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the last password you remember. If you can't remember one, click “Try a different question.” Enter the secondary email address you used when you set up your Gmail account to get a password reset email.
