Men's voices often deepen up to an octave, while women's voices usually move about three tones lower. After puberty and well into older adulthood, some people's voices may change, but not everyone's. Men's voices tend to go up in pitch. Women's voices tend to go down.
It get deeper at 12-14. But it 15 it start to gradually get higher. If mens voice get deeper in age then every man will have extremely low voices.
As the body goes through puberty, the larynx (or voice box) grows larger and thicker. It happens in both boys and girls, but the change is more obvious in boys. Girls' voices only deepen by a couple of tones and the change is barely noticeable.
You can't deepen your voice. However it does not make your voice deeper. Your voice is based on your genetics genes and the amount of testosterone you had at the time when your voice broke. Just be happy with your voice and accept that there nothing you can do to change it.
Before your growth spurt, your larynx is relatively small and your vocal cords are relatively thin. So your voice is high and kid-like. But as bones, cartilage, and vocal cords grow, your voice starts to sound like an adult's.
The reason that is, is because your vocal cords are shorter and thinner, and your throat and the Adam's apple and the larynx, the house for the vocal cords, are all smaller. So, your instrument is smaller. The vocal cords are smaller.
It's possible to get a deep nasal voice, but it sounds more masculine if you speak through your mouth. To deepen your voice, you'll want to try and lower your pitch. To do this, relax your throat as much as possible, to avoid tightening your vocal cords. Moisten your mouth and throat, and hold your chin up.

In the early 20s, a healthy voice — like the rest of the body — typically shows a thrilling combination of strength and flexibility. Sadly, this peak of range and agility typically declines slightly by the later 20s to early30s, when the voice is considered to be fully mature at a biological level.
A soft voice is a dry, light, airy voice that lacks dynamic. A sweet voice has an overtone with a lilting inflection and a peculiar timbre, regardless of range, pitch or classification. Even basses can have sweet voice, but they are not soft. A sweet voice is high, peppy, and maybe it could be soft.
Tongue trills refer to a type of vocal exercise pattern that uses pitch and volume while replacing the vowel with a movement of the tongue that sounds like one is continuously rolling an “r” consonant.
